After my 3rd attempt I was finally able to finished Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. This is not to say that it was a tough or terrible read by any means, but i’m a noncommittal person. Makes things tough. The experience was quite contrary to that in fact. Radical book. I can’t help but want to visit all the places I read about. Savannah sounds like a dream. It’s historically maintained house, cyprus knee’s and spanish moss. Maybe this time next year i’ll be attending SCAD.

Today I went for a walk along queen street and bought The Great Gatsby. Me and a few friends have started a book club and it’s our first read. I suppose we started out of a need to expand our vocabs and keep our brains active. After all we’ve all graduated (or in my case dropped out) and no longer have the stimulation of critical thinking. I remember disliking The Great Gatsby in high school but after 4 years or so I’m sure I’ll have more perspective.

I’m glad it resonates, but you’re going about this scent game all wrong. He is accustomed to the smell, wearing that scent won’t draw him in. Their was this one night in the early days of the current winter that we went out and got so loaded. We stayed up all night ingesting our goody bags of illicit substances. We left Mdmazabeths at 5:30 am and walked home in a snow storm. When we got to my place, me and sir continued the party til 9. I must have played this song one hundred times between those 4 hours.
